Attorney Who Cares About Your Case and Your Future.
I’ve been fascinated by criminal law since I was a kid. While other kids were reading novels, I was poring over news articles about famous cases—Lizzie Borden, Jack the Ripper—analyzing the evidence, questioning assumptions, and trying to understand how the system worked.
That early curiosity turned into a lifelong pursuit. I started my legal career as a felony chief prosecutor in Texas, handling high-stakes cases in specialized divisions, including:
Domestic Violence
Juvenile
Mental Health
Child and Elderly Abuse
I saw firsthand how cases are built, how prosecutors negotiate, and where their weaknesses lie.
But I also saw something else—good people getting caught up in a system that moves too fast, assumes too much, and rarely stops to understand the full story. People who made mistakes. People in the wrong place at the wrong time. People who needed an advocate who actually saw them.
That’s why I became a defense attorney.
I use my 30+ years of courtroom experience to protect my clients and fight back against the system. I bring the same meticulous preparation and relentless advocacy to every case—because the right defense can change everything.

Beyond the Courtroom
When I’m not practicing law, I write @LegalTimeMachine, a Substack series exploring historical trials through a modern legal lens. The past has a lot to teach us, and understanding these cases helps us navigate today’s legal system more strategically.
Outside of law, you’ll find me on the golf course, at the dog park with my pups, or fueling my day with way too much coffee. I also love diving into AI and emerging technology—because there’s always more to learn.
